General Requirements:

1. High School Diploma or GED

2. United States Issued ID such as Driver's License, State ID or US Passport

3. Valid Social Security Number

  Note: Your social security number is not disclosed to individuals or agencies outside Jethro Healthcare except in accordance with school policy and as otherwise required by law.

Registration Process:

1. Fill-out the Basic Information Form

2. Take the Jethro Healthcare Aptitude Exam. Applicant must pass the exam in order to proceed with the registration.

3. Fill-out an enrollment agreement form. Applicant must agree to the terms and conditions indicated in the form.

4. Payment of fees.
